Donations, both financially and of toys, can be made on our support page.

There is no cancellation policy for a donation made.

Payment terms

We do not accept cash payments. The payment methods we support are:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Bancontact
  • KBC/CBC Payment
  • Belfius Pay

The transaction costs are already included in the prices advertised. For more information about the different transaction costs of the payment methods, you can consult Mollie’s website.

Pick-up / Delivery

We do not provide shipping options.

All items can be picked up at an Okapi collection/returning point after receipt of an order confirmation. You can find the addresses and time slots at our locations-page.


The toy can be inspected at pick-up and you may request a refund if it doesn’t meet up with your expectations.

We provide the toys “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKAPI RRR disclaims all warranties of any kind.

Returns and Refund policy

We cannot offer an exchange.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


To return your product, you should bring your product together with the purchase order confirmation to an Okapi collection/returning point. You can find the addresses and time slots at our locations-page.

If you no longer have your order confirmation, it is important to provide us with your contact details and bank account number.

We don’t accept returning items through mail or shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We cannot give you a cash refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
